I’m running the Asheville Chamber Challenge as an individual 5K in 2 weeks, on June 5th!
And I wanted to see if anyone else was thinking about it.
It’s a 5K (3.2 miles) from the Asheville Chamber down Montford and back.

P.S Next Friday (3-29-09) is the Relay for Life Event in Hendersonville that you can use to practice for the Chamber 5K! 4 laps is a mile, so 12 laps and a little more!
