Coldwell Banker Kasey IT

I just recently purchased a new Laptop (HP 1030 Net book) and I love it.

The screen is 10”
It ways 2.4 Lbs
Batter last 3hrs, and it has Windows XP!
Note, it has No CD Rom, and can’t run Publisher!

This is not your ordinary Laptop, (it is a Net Book) a great 2nd PC, for checking your E-mail, and surfing the web to check MLS. Best part is it cost $399.00 for the 16G HD or $450 for the 60G Hard Drive.

In Real Estate today, we are all mobile, and with this little laptop you can carry it easily anywhere, and access the internet at any Wi-Fi area, or in the office. You’re typical Wi-Fi areas in Westerner North Carolina are, any Star Bucks / most Coffee places, any hotel, Airport, Down Town Asheville, most restaurants including McDonalds, Now offer Free Wi-Fi so you can check your E-mail while having lunch.

My typical morning (not just Saturday morning) is spent updating my blog and facebook - and sometimes from my phone. :) I like the netbooks, though. At least they're cute!
