Presentation is Everything,

I just spent the weekend at the Hyatt hotel in Jacksonville, FL and the hotel was amazing. It had a Huge lobby, Big LCD's behind the front desk, Marble counters in the lobby and in the rooms. It was just an amazing hotel.However, in the meeting rooms they had the typical pen and paper, and I was very disappointedin the pens! It's a great hotel and then they give out cheap 5 cent pens! what a let down, and poor representation of an amazing hotel. It's like they ran out of money.My point is, when you speak, you may have great speech, but if you have dirt on your sleeve and don't tuck in your shirt it can effect your overall presentation.
